The Warhammer world is based on how our own planet exists with some minor adjustments. You can actually tell where each continent would exist and look as if it had gone through an ice age. It is an old world of our own. The most fearsome battles are held in the Northern Empire of Man and the Dwarfs. Even the Elves themselves find Chaos and makes business in the Old World.Warhammer Online was created as of a result to another Dungeons and Dragons tabletop type of game where players can control their units to rage into war. Warhammer in its original form has became extremely popular fast in which many books has been published, a role playing game was developed, computer games, jewelry and much more. 

Unfortunately their power was weakened by Elven treachery. The Greenskins took them during their fatal state and merged through the great defensive walls of the Dwarfs. The war lasted through centuries and both races have suffered. The dwarfs were forced to flee their home but yet determined to to reclaim what they have lost. The war continues for these 2 feudal races. The Dwarfs Empire was the largest of its side of the World as well as their power and wealth.
