Downed Power Lines Close Rt. 202

HARDING, NJ — Downed power lines are causing road closures and power outages in Harding Thursday morning.

Route 202 is closed in both directions near Tempe Wick Road in Harding because of power lines and poles on the road. All lanes are closed and detoured. Drivers should expect delays.

The downed lines are also causing power outages. Nearly 300 homes are dark in Harding, and should expect power back by 11 a.m.

Highwoods Properties reports 4Q results

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) _ Highwoods Properties Inc. (HIW) on Tuesday reported a key measure of profitability in its fourth quarter. The results surpassed Wall Street expectations.

The Raleigh, North Carolina-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $88.7 million, or 84 cents per share, in the period.

The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 83 cents per share. Read More
